After last weeks disappointment with Lioele Triple the Solution BB I decided to test out all those BB samples that I'd received recently. You never know, I may find a favorite.
Today I decided to go with the Ladykin offering...
Received as a freebie from YesStye. I actually couldn't tell from the packaging which shade I received (there are three), but after opening it looked as though I've ended up with the pink beige shade.
The texture was slightly runnier than Lioele and the BB had a slight suncreen type scent, which didn't linger for long after application. You don't need much of the product for good overall coverage - you could probably get two days use out of this small sample.
I felt it blended really well and the shade was fantastic on my skin after it settled & oxidised. Initially my face looked a little pale for my neck, but by the time I finished getting ready it looked fine. I really like the coverage on this one, its medium meaning I still need concealer for my dark circles, however it managed to give a nice natural, even complexion everywhere else.
It does give a ever so slightly dewy finish, with a little shine, I set with translucent powder to nullify this.
I'm semi-impressed with how it wore throughout the day. I still needed to blot after the four hour mark, but it didn't settle noticeably in my pores as the Lioele did, which is a plus in my book. By the time I was leaving work (some 10 hours after initial application) it was looking pretty patchy up close, but looked OK overall.
